REASON FOR REVISION:
A new stiffener to prevent permanent deformation of the tailcone skin between the two aft bulkheads during taxi turns on unpaved terrain or during aggressive three-point landings.
REVISION DESCRIPTION / NEW DOCUMENTATION:
RV-7 Manual, Section 8 REV 8 (7s8r9): Instructions for installing the tailcone stiffeners were added on page 16.
RV-8 Manual, Section 8 REV 10 (8s8r11): Instructions for installing the tailcone stiffeners were added on pages 16 and 17.
RV-9 Manual, Section 8 REV 8 (9s8r9): Instructions for installing the tailcone stiffeners were added on page 15.
RV-7 & RV-9 DRAWING RV7,9-27 REV R1: An image describing the installation of the tailcone stiffeners was added.
RV-8 DRAWING RV8-73 REV R1: An image describing the installation of the tailcone stiffeners was added.
RV-7 DRAWING RV7-28 REV R3: Rivet call-outs were updated to include the tailcone stiffener rivets.
RV-8 DRAWING RV8-74 REV R0: Rivet call-outs were updated to include the tailcone stiffener rivets.
