    REASON FOR REVISION:

    New EX-00013K Heat Muff End Narrow and EX-00013L Heat Muff End Wide created to replace EX-00013C Heat Muff End. Current EX-00013C is prone to fatigue cracking.

    • “EX-00013K & L

    • was “EX-00013C HEAT MUFF END, 8 PL”

    KAI Page 48-04 REV 1:

    • Step 2 deleted, renumbered subsequent steps.
    • In Step 2 (previous Step 3), appended “Position the wider EX-00013L Heat Muff Ends on the inboard sides.”.
    • In Step 3 (previous Step 4), “As necessary for a tighter fit, final-drill the through rod holes in the EX-00013K & L Heat Muff Ends, loosely reassemble the Heat Muff Assembly, tighten the hose clamps, and then tighten the lock nuts. See Figure 2.” was “As necessary, adjust the flanges of the heat muff ends as called out in Figure 2.”.
    • In Figure 2, “FINAL-DRILL #29 OR #30 EACH MUFF END AS NECESSARY” call-out was “BEND INNER FLANGES INWARD…”. Deleted “USE BELT SANDER TO REMOVE SHARP…” call-out. “2X EX-00013K” and “2X EX-00013L” call-outs were “4X EX-00013C”. “8X” call-out for hardware was “4X”, incorrect quantity.
    • In Figure 3, depiction of EX-00013K & L was depiction of EX-00013C. “EX-00013K & L SLIGHTLY…” call-out was “EX-00013C SLIGHTLY…”. “HW-00019” was “AN737TW-91”, part number obsolete.
