Changes to install sequence for upper 90-degree fitting on gun-drilled gear legs.

The upper 90-degree fitting on the RV-12 gun-drilled gear leg cannot be installed after the gear leg is installed on the aircraft. Sequencing must be updated to install fitting first.

- KAI 35 Page 04 REV 2: Removed washer in Figure 2.

REASON FOR REVISION
Legacy RV-12 plans pages require update for new U-01220-L-1 & R-1 Main Landing Gear Legs which are gun drilled for internal passage of brake fluid.
