Everyone’s RV story is a little different, but each one shows how much these airplanes mean in our lives. Doug Reeves, the man behind the Van’s Air Force web forums, tells the story of how he first discovered RVs and what happened from there. This is his RV Story.
The latest documentation and procedure for examining RV-12 rear spar “play” has been moved to the RV-12 Maintenance Manual, the latest version of which is available in the Support > Service Information and Revisions section of this web site.

Directs owners/operators of Dynon Skyview-equipped aircraft with canopy-open warning features to update the Skyview settings files, available on the Van’s Aircraft website downloads page, for aircraft with EFIS systems that are updated to Skyview software v16.7 or later, to correct incorrect audible/visual warnings from being annunciated at incorrect RPM speeds.
