This is my third build. #1 was a Sonex finished in 2008, #2 was a Skyote scratch built biplane. The Vans RV8 kit was amazing. The build instructions and drawings are very clear and easy to follow. The biggest delay was waiting on the painter! First flight needed no aileron trim, after trim to speed, it flew hands off. 25 squared for engine breakin, gave 153 kts indicated, without wheel pants or intersection fairings. Just rolled past 10 hrs on the hobbs. Lovin it!!!
