Congratulations to Robert who wrote in to let us know about the first flight of his RV-7:

I started the slow build kit six and a half years ago and my test pilot flew CL for the first time in June this year. No tweaks were necessary and she flew straight and level right out of the box, a real testament to the accuracy and quality of the kit.

The RV-7 is a brilliant aircraft and I’ve managed 40 faultless hours since June, despite the English weather, and I’m looking forward to next spring when my wife and I will be found charging around the UK and Europe. I can’t wait.
