Peter Gilmour’s RV-8 | St Andrews, Scotland RV-8A #83953

Congratulations to Peter on the completion of his third RV-8. He writes:

As a repeat offender along with my brother-in-law, this is the third RV8 we have built along with a build assist on a RV 7 and owning both a RV7A and a RV6 along the way. Despite this history, it never takes away from that moment when you open the throttle with the intention of getting airborne for the first time! Having been building and flying RVs for the past 15 years, it is now time for me to reacquaint myself with my wife and family, so the RV-8A is a keeper. Having completed the test flying without any issues, the full CAA Permit came through on 10 July, so now looking forward to making even more memories, and meeting new friends. Peter
