Congratulations to Keith on completing and flying his incredible RV-10! He shares:

4 years and 2 months later we have a flying RV-10. There’s been ups and downs along the way, but the first real (airborne) makes it all worthwhile! The performance is spectacular! With my wife’s help and support we have made our dream flying machine a reality. The RV grin is real. The airplane flew straight, no heavy wing, no surprises.

The first flight I was a bit timid with the throttle, but 2 hours later she went up the second time and I used a 1/4 of the runway from the previous time……..wow. It’s one of the few airplanes that sets you back in your seat.

Very easy to land and felt very stable. I can’t wait to fly some approaches once the autopilot is configured and calibrated.
