Congratulations John on completing his first flight in his RV-12is! He reports:

After many years of building, which of course took longer than anticipated due to raising a child, remodeling a house, and having a full-time professional pilot career, I finally finished my RV-12IS (which I began as a RV-12) and flew my first flight in December 2023. The airplane flies well with no surprises. I elected to install the full Garmin IFR package, which is delightful. The beautiful paint was applied by Lancaster Aero in Smoketown PA. It has been an amazing journey to finally complete this project!
