Harlan H. Henke’s RV-12is | St. Joseph, Missouri RV-12iS #121134

Congratulations to Harlan for the completion and first flight of his RV-12iS! He shares:

The first flight of my ELSA RV-12iS, sn:121134, went off without a hitch on February 9, 2024. I circled above KSTJ for half an hour, and it flew exactly like the SLSA RV-12iS that I took transition training in.

I was able to secure N8570P, the N-number that was originally assigned to a Piper Comanche that my dad owned many years ago. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the kit and the great support that I have received from Van’s. I’m nearly finished with Phase-1 testing and look forward to sharing the RV grin with family and friends.
