Douglas DalSoglio’s RV-7 | Colorado Springs, CO RV-7 #74321

Doug should be proud, and so are we, after the first flight of his new RV-7! He writes:

Like many of you…I always wanted to build an airplane. After much research and a trip to the mothership for a tour and demo flight, I was sold on the RV-7. My wife agreed to give up the garage for two Colorado winters. After 4 winters and thousands of rivets, she became ‘Sunshine Rosie’ and my inspiration to get ‘r done.

First flight was uneventful. Thanks to my wife, Kent (ground team) and Wyman (chase plane) for keeping me safe. Can’t wait to get phase I complete and do some traveling.
