Brian Greene’s RV-7 | Grand Haven, Michigan RV-7 #73988

Congratulations to Brian, who writes to tell us about the first flight of his RV-7:

After nine years of building, I was just a little anxious as I taxied out on a beautiful calm clear morning. Once I added power for takeoff though, I was laser focused on the task at hand. Thanks to a wonderful design and transition training, the takeoff was uneventful. In fact the entire one hour flight was uneventful. Wonderful handling and responsiveness is what I experienced. The only issues I had were programing issues of my EFIS system. Looking forward to my phase one testing and then sharing this airplane with the rest of my family. My wonderful wife, son and daughter who have tolerated this obsession over the last nine years are so appreciated. As the DAR looked through my builders log, I said how he can see my kids grow up in the photo album.
