Andrew Clark’s RV-7A | Redwood City, California RV-7A #73389

Congratulations to Andrew, who write to tell us about the first flight of his new RV-7A:

15 years in the making, N25AC flew for the first time on May 13th 2023. The plane has a IO-360-M1B with dual emags, C/S prop, a nice G3X setup, and a classic aero interior. Paint TBD.

The project made progress and sat idle many times over the years, but after several garage moves, several hangar moves, I finally finished building early this year. I did transition training locally, and took advantage of the FAA APP program for my first flight. First flight was about 45 mins, and other than running hot, everything worked great, it flies perfectly — I couldn’t be happier!
