Congrats to Brad on his new RV-14A! He writes:

My five year build culminated in a fantastic first flight on the morning of March 25, 2025. Even though I had looked at every nut, bolt, fitting and basically every centimeter of my beautiful beast at least 1000 times; I was still a bundle of nerves ! Thankfully she flew perfect ! What blew me away the most was the raw power of the Lycoming IO390 coupled to this nimble airframe. Slightly different than the Cessnas I have been flying for 30 years 😳. A special thanks go out to the following – my lovely and talented wife Jenny who not only was patient and supportive, but also grasped tools and helped me when I was desperate! Airport comrades Urban Schroder, Greg Kauffeld, Greg Tilford, Jeff Schnabel and the entire Van’s Air Force community (what an amazing resource to help builders). By the way, I already had my second flight and I was a little less wound up and I enjoyed it a lot more ! As they say keep pounding those rivets because that great day is on the horizon !!
