Congratulations to Peter on the first flight of his RV-8! He writes:

First flight of my RV-8 Fastback, N22UP, took place on the evening of June 13, 2023 at Carroll County Regional Airport (KDMW) in Westminster, Maryland. N22UP is powered by a Lycoming IO-360 A3B6D 200HP Angle Valve engine behind a Whirl Wind 74 HRT constant speed propeller. The engine is running one magneto and on ElectroAir EI. The cockpit is all Garmin with a G3X 10″ touch, a GNX375, GNC255A, 2 G5s and all the other bells and whistles. First flight performance was excellent with great – she flew fast and true and the engine temperatures stayed cool!
