Congratulations to Scott and Rochelle! They write:

My first flight was completed by Vern Darley (Falcon Field RV Squadron Peachtree City GA) and myself in the right seat. Vern is a highly experienced FAA examiner, an RV-10 builder, and longtime friend. We departed KCCO in Newnan Georgia. To say it was exhilarating is an understatement. I definitely had a large scale “RV Grin”. We circled the field at 3 or 4,000’ for a while then landed. This was followed by a few more flights together in the local area. Vern signed me off I I completed the Phase 1 in about 30 days. The plane surpassed all my expectations and hopes. It was literally a dream come true… I’ve been wanting to do this for 40 years, but as y’all know…life and families take precedence.

Our first “real” trip was to Texas, Sedona AZ, then Page AZ with 9 other RV’s from Peachtree City, GA. The highlight of the trip was our10 ship formation over the Grand Canyon. Since then, Rochelle & I have been on countless cross country trips and weekend getaways.
