Some might say my journey is over, others that mine has just begun. I like to think that I am only halfway through a book and I have moved on to the next chapter. I started my journey on my Van’s RV-7 in May of 2006 (72714). First flight was April 4th, 2020. Paint was completed on December 16th, 2021. I would like to formally introduce you to “Conatus Superbia”, which is Latin for Pride in the Endeavor. We all have an opportunity to do great things, I just happen to follow in the footsteps of those who went before me so I could learn.

I wanted to share some pictures of the final finished product! The airplane is finally “done” and the next chapter of enjoyment begins. I could not be happier with how all this turned out. I can’t thank Van’s enough for your guidance, advice, and assistance with the build. The chins drop when they see how this plane looks. Enjoy some pics and take pride in being a part of an amazing airplane you helped create!!
