Congratulations Paul!

Today began a new phase of the RV flying lifestyle, versus the RV building lifestyle! First Flight was AWESOME! Looking forward to much more flying. The responsiveness, power, and ease of flying cannot be achieved in the spoken word, it must be felt in your body as you become part of the aircraft. You literally strap this aircraft on!

So many to thank, but mostly my build buddy Brent Onstott (EAA Technical Advisor), who led and encouraged throughout the project. Literally could not have done it without his guidance. Two years and he never gave up on me.

Shout out to Alex DeDominicis for transition training into the RV-14A, whose guidance made the first flight an achievable moment without undue stress.

To everyone reading this, the build was very challenging, but SO worth it for the end product! I hope to use the aircraft for many cross country adventures.
