Congrats to Manuel, Matt and Lee on their new RV-8! They write:

N509MR first flight! Out of Rio Linda, California (L36). Experienced RV-8 driver Jeff Rose did us the favor of taking it airborne for the first time. Main credit goes to Matt Perroux – the heart and soul of this beautiful aircraft. Special thanks to Lee Ulrich, for getting us across the finish line of this six year project and probably saving us from some expensive or at least very messy mistakes. Cannot wait to take her for some acro and formation flying. Just need to break in some cylinders.
