We received our airworthiness on 8/21 and got everything buttoned up in time for an evening test flight on 8/22. What started as a project with my fiancé ended up as a family affair with my wife and daughter helping finish. Slow build kit with a parallel valve IO-360, composite Hartzell and VFR Dynon Avionics. We tried to keep it light and ended up around 1025lbs. She performs great and flies straight! Can’t wait to start traveling. 12 hours into Phase 1 already as I type this a couple days later.
