The men and women of the U.S. Military have devoted their lives to giving all in the line of duty. In recognition and appreciation of those who have served and currently serve in the United States Military, Van’s Aircraft is proud to announce that it has created a new Van’s kit discount program for United States military veterans and active-duty personnel. This new program goes into effect on July 27, 2020 and details will be posted to the Van’s Aircraft web site. Upon customer request and after receiving proof of eligibility, Van’s will proudly offer this group a discount on empennage/tail, wing, fuselage, and finish kits of 5%. Eligible customers may use this discount at any time, but note that it may not be combined with other offers. Note that this offer is not applicable to the labor portion of Van’s QuickBuild kits, avionics, propellers, engines or RV-10 seat assemblies, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
The following people who have served in the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps or Coast Guard are eligible:
- Active-duty personnel
- Current Guard/Reserve personnel
- Retirees
- Veterans
Proof of eligibility may be provided through the following documents:
- Federal Veteran’s ID card
- Current military ID card
- VA issued ID card indicating eligible military service
- Veteran designation on state driver’s license
- DD Form 214 (please contact us before sending, as this form typically contains sensitive information)
