At Van’s, our top priority is delivering the best possible support to our customers—whether you’re currently building, flying, or dreaming about your next aviation adventure. To ensure responsiveness and that we meet your needs efficiently, we’re making a few changes to our phone support hours, as well as our factory tour and demo flight schedules.
Effective Monday, April 21st our updated hours are:
General Phone Support:
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Builder Technical Support:
Morning: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Pacific Time)
Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Factory Tours:
Daily at 1:30 PM (Pacific Time)
Demo Flights:
Available by appointment, weather and aircraft availability permitting, after the tour. We strongly encourage customers to schedule demo flights in advance to help ensure availability.
These changes are part of our plan to provide you with more timely assistance while maintaining quality phone support and in-person experiences.
