        Web Orders are processed every business day 
            Monday thru Friday at 12PM (Noon), Pacific Time .   

The following business day we start filling and packing the orders.
We try to get the orders packaged, and shipped out within 3 business days. Shipping within 3 business days after receiving your order is our goal, but it is not a guarantee.
 
To find out if your order has shipped open the link below " Web Orders that have been shipped ", and search the file for your web order number. Follow the instructions in the file on how to search for your web order number. 
 
 ** Please remember that your order may not ship until 3 business days after we have received your order. This means that your order may not appear on the list below until the end of the 4th business day.
