Question:
I have a large monitor and your site will not expand to
fill the browser window. Why not?
Answer: Our site has
been designed to be backwards compatible with older
monitors and older browsers, and thus has been
constrained to about 800 pixels wide. For best results,
size your browser window to fit the width of our site.

Question:
When I download an Acrobat pdf document, it doesn't
display properly. How do I make this work?
Answer: Make sure
you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or greater. For some
users, especially AOL users, you will need to use an
alternate download method described in the Site
Viewing Tips page.
